## C360 lending training plan

- You will be allocated in LMS a 1-hour preparation piece of work
- Training consists of a virtual 2-day workshop with day 1 being facilitated and day 2 focused on working through 2 scenario modules as a group supported by a credit coach
- Production access will be granted post the 2-day training.
- Dedicated hypercare support (alongside change champion and Te Kete content) is available for 4 weeks post training
- After 4 weeks normal BAU support is available including Te Kete, colleague support, drop in sessions etc.
