How does Joyous AI use my data?
Joyous only ever uses customer data to perform the tasks to run a campaign. Joyous does not train or fine-tune any of its AI models on customer data regardless of which option you purchase. Including third-party AI sub-processor models.

What types of AI does Joyous use?
Joyous uses a combination of industry standard natural language processing (NLP) models and algorithms as well as Generative AI Large Language Models (LLMs).

How does Joyous ensure quality AI outputs?
1: We allow for a human-in-the-loop to review, moderate and validate Joyous AI outputs. 2: All Joyous AI features have defined quality measures which our Data Science team regularly tests and continuously improves using synthetic data.
